A book to ponder on,even now,a week after discussing it at book group and two weeks after finishing it,I find myself thinking about the characters. There is certainly a lot to discuss in this novel! The language is fantastic, and the motif of looking, what it means to look, who has the right, how well do we see, are questions interwoven between the main characters and the supporting cast is delightful and thought provoking. The book has us asking ourselves, at several points, what would we do? How would we behave?
