What Members Thought
While a lot of what you’ll come away with from this book can be deduced by the title, reading through the many different aspects around embracing challenges and obstacles and the examples gives a greater depth of understanding. Knowing that obstacles help us learn is one thing but thinking about it in a more indepth way helps to consolidate that approach.

There is a lot that we can learn from ancient Stoic philosophers. Some of their ideas reminded me of Buddhism. It's an entertaining and applicable to real life.

This book felt shallow/superficial. Most sections are but a few pages and feel more inspirational than educational
