I was so excited to get an ARC of this book, as I am a big fan of Erik Larson, and this book did not disappoint. It tells the story of the ill-fated voyage of the Lusitania, and everyone involved, from passengers to U-Boat commanders. Even though history has already told us the ending, it still comes as a shock, and you learn so much more about what actually happened, and the aftereffects, than textbooks typically say.
