Leah Remini is a no holds barred, tell it like it is kind of woman. I love her. She's hilarious and blunt and bold. She speaks her mind, no matter who's listening. She is not the type of person Scientology EVER recruits. Cults like sheep. They do not like thinkers. She's got the biggest tough girl Brooklyn accent and attitude but she's a real softie. This is a fascinating, very candid read, where Remini bravely spills about her time in Hollywood and her time in Scientology. She holds nothing back, and has created a highly compelling book that goes beyond the image both Hollywood and Scientology attempt to portray, to the dark underbelly that could have swallowed her whole if she wasn't so strong. ...more
