First off, this book seemed a lot shorter than 384 pages. I read it in almost an afternoon and despite the amount I read, I just simply don't usually read that quickly. Along that same vein, the story seemed to move very quickly. Not as in it was a fast paced novel, but as in maybe I missed something, or maybe the main characters started their courtship in a previous book in this series, or maybe I was offered an abridged version to rev ...more
