This is the first book in the Seekers series by the group of authors known as Erin Hunter. Our youngest daughter and I started this series when we'd read all of the Warriors books (published so far) and were waiting for the next to come out.
The story focuses on the plight of three different kinds of bears and has a strong environmental message (how humans are destroying the natural world.) The plot is a bit confusing at first, switching between the three bears perspectives.
