I love to read books about the origins of words and this is a short, entertaining collection of words which originally came into usage as an eponym, that is, named after someone. But in the case of these words, we've forgotten the person, but remembered the word. So these people have now been dubbed by the author as anonyponymous. The narrative is concise for each entry and the humor is very witty and often snarky.
