What Members Thought
This is an entertaining story, although it did get somewhat confusing at times with the changing perspectives, locations, and time periods. The author speaks to the reader, explaining and foreshadowing these myriad changes, but it was sometimes hard to track what was going on.
Still, it was a fun, fast read and I will certainly look for the next two books in the trilogy at our local library. I definitely enjoyed the footnotes, cheeky asides to the reader that often help to move the story along. ...more
