It’s a fun, post WW1 mystery with stereotyped characters and some of Christie’s outspoken conservative politics. (It was first published in 1922. The first one in Agatha Christie's series starring Tommy and Tuppence, this one lacks a bit of pizzaz. Tommy and Tuppence start a detective agency and immediately get in over their head.
