Hannah Swenson is nothing but a goodie two-shoes and I seriously wanted to punch myself in the face if I had to hear about her life anymore. Not only that, but no officer of the law worth his salt would put a civilian in that type of situation. Unrealistic. Even more unrealistic is that a 20 something woman wouldn't have sex for years. This is the first of many Hannah Swenson mystery books by Joanne Fluke. Hannah is a baker/owner of a quaint bakery in Lake Eden. She is also an avid murder mystery aficionado, so when a double murder happens in their small town, she can’t help but jump into helping the police, aka her brother-in-law, investigate the murder.
Joanne Fluke writes such a fun Character in Hannah and all the supporting characters are so well written and flushed out. The adventure and mystery are incredible.
