A man gathers together four sleuths and four suspected murderers for a dinner party. One of the sleuths is Hercule Poirot. During the dinner, the host is murdered. Who did it? Even with all the false leads and lies, Hercule Poirot is able to figure it out, plus all the other murders the four have been accused of. Unfortunately he does not figure it out before another murder is committed.

This book would have been much better if I understood and played Bridge, otherwise it was still a good book.
