"The world is whatever you want it to be."

"Maybe Lizzie Lovett turned into a werewolf." WHAT????? Hawthorn is an overly imaginative person, who comes up with various possibilities of what might have happened when a girl from her college disappears. Instead of helping to find her with realistic solutions, she goes on with living Lizzie's life and falling in love with her boyfriend.
If there wasn't the werewolf plot line this book might have actually been good. I only kept reading the book because

Lizzie Lovett- one of the popular girls in high school, also a cheerleader, goes missing suddenly without a trace. Hawthorne- a social misfit accidentally finds herself on a quest to discover why she's missing. She comes up with crazy theories of Lizzie being a werefolf in reality. She ropes in Lizzie's boyfriend Enzo on her crazy mission.

Everything is wrong with this book. First, if this was the imagination of a 10 year old kid, it would have been acceptable. But it's of a senior at high school
