Welp. I'm done rereading this series. I was genuinely shocked by how much I had forgotten. Some of this series was super interesting. Elements of the world were fantastic and Rose Hathaway is still a bad ass bitch to this day.
But. I wasn't pleased with this ending. This seemed like the most unnecessary book of the series. The political intrigue felt very bogged down by random plot devices. I don't think we needed to see Lisa beat the trials, we already knew she was going to be a fantastic leade ...more

Last Sacrifice, it's a wonderful book that brings a good close to the whole Vampire Academy book series. I recommend you read all 6 books plus the short stories.
