Placeholder for reread of Book Of Life.
I have only one more chapter to go and I loved this book. The first (introduction and chapter) was a little difficult to get through but then the chapters really started ro resonate with me. I have also follwed the online classes on Oprah.com (you can watch the archived classes) and a lot of it really makes sense to me. This book may be somehwat of a "threat" to those people that follow a strict religious doctrine but it made a lot of sense to me because I have always been more a spiritual perso

Very interesting, lots of good ideas and also lots of confusing ones. All about living in the now, which I think is crucial and difficult. I'm surprised that this book became such a best seller.
