Olivia is the subject to a lot of gossip in the small town of Bayside and she longs to be an author. Camden Ford finally talks her into joining the group and she finally has some friends. Things were going great and then someone kills Camden and leaves a haiku leading everyone to think maybe it’s a writer.

Ok, Olivia is a hard character to like, especially at the beginning. She comes off as prissy, aloof and that money allows one to break the rules. Even at the end I'm not sure I like her, although I don't dislike her either. The mystery was interesting (especially the haiku angle) and I liked the writer's club members and Chief Rawlings. There is the beginning of the dreaded love triangle, which never makes me happy. I'm on the fence on whether I'll continue this series or not.
