What Members Thought
While I enjoyed this installment almost as much as the first book, I encountered some annoying elements. The tight writing from the first book is gone, and in its place are a lot of wordy sections (particularly ones that discuss events that have happened previously) and several ill-fitting pop culture references. It's rather disappointing that the author has let himself go like this and I hope his third book does not continue the trend downwards.

Great read.
I like the spin of things where demons are victims of propaganda and the typical forces of good are actually just prejudiced. It is a good reluctant hero story and I am interested to see where the story goes.
