Thank you Ash Ley for this great book tht made awareness to PTSD & DV. even though it cost Stefani the love of her life but like the title said Frederick never left her lonely he gave her 2 beautiful kids n memory of him. This book i really enjoyed reading it made me sad bc of all tht she's been though with Fabian & happy tht she found love with Frederick even though he died but he made sure she & the kids were well taken care of ...more

Poor Stefani! Man, did this woman have to deal with so much, but she still took it with a grain of salt. Her strength was admirable, but man did my heart go out to her for having to deal with what came next. Although this was a novella, it captured my attention and now I want more! I would love to see what’s next for this beauty and her future! 💕

Whew!!
I was not crying through this entire book it was just something in my eyes. Whew Chile talk about a rollercoaster of emotions my feelings are tangled and my eyes are puffy this book read like I was watching a movie. Mental illness is never and easy topic to write about neither is domestic violence but this book addressed each subject with so much professionalism and grace I wanted to keep reading because I knew Stefani was an survivor. So Many Tears
This was a beautifully written yet tragic story. I shed tears several times throughout this one. There are so many people who experience domestic violence, which is a tragedy in itself. Then you have the mental health awareness aspect of this story. I enjoyed reading this book from beginning to end. One there is a light at the end of the tunnel for people that go through this. This book was full of emotions, both good and bad. I loved the writing style and I just felt so connected to the main character. I gave this book 5 stars.
