Awesome read!
A flowy read with a little of everything added in. Lavinia’s growth in this book was the icing on the cake. A lot of times, the female character doesn’t win, and I’m hoping that she sticks to her guns! Marcus... Whew! He still had some growing up to do, but I’m glad he got his life together. Author Ash Ley, job well done! It was realistic, but it also made you feel all of Lavinia’s emotions as well through your words! I can’t wait to see what’s next!

This book was good. Marcus was wrong for reacting the way he did to the news Lavinia delivered, then tried to retract it. Lavinia was faced with tough decisions but she did what she had to do for her.

This is the second book I’ve read from this author. A quick read and fast paced but still very engaging. I would recommend it.

Amazing read
All I have to say is yesss... Lavinia get your Black girl power on and be there for yourself and your daughter. Marcus is the worst ever and people never change that quickly overnight but I do hope they can coparent. Lavinia deserves happiness in the end so I hold her and Trent paths cross and sparks will fly for her small family. I really liked this book in the series as well as how it tied the ends of the first book together. Can’t wait to read what’s next
