I am really a fan of this author and her work. Although this was a standalone it still connected with the other D-City gang. I thought that Tyesha went through a lot to getting herself back to where she had come from. I like how gunner was there for Tyesha and never gave up until he saw someone would take his Queen from him without fighting. This was a good read
I appauld Ty for getting her life together and finally realizing that she was worthy of loving a man like Gunner bc he loved unconditional. Marissa got her karma bc if what she had put Nice though I just hope he will open his heart to love again. I'll be reading the follow-up to c if he falls in love again and the outcome on Derrick & Anton's plot

A shattered soul can be fixed
You never cease to amaze me with your work! I enjoyed this book and how Tyesha was able to finally put her pieces to herslf and make her self whole again. Gunner was what she needed in her life and I'm so glad she realized it. Definitely wasn't expecting that ending and can't wait till you finish up this series!! ...more

Yasssss Annitia this book was amazing. You took a character that I didn't like and made me fall in love with her. Tyesha was so broken and done so wrong but that damn nerdy Gunner came in and held light so she could see she was worthy. I loved Gunner he was definitely the man. Good!
This was a pretty good read! It started out a little slow for me but once it picked up it was actually pretty good! I’m glad Ty and Gunner finally got together! I’m glad she was able to overcome what she went through! That cliff hanger though got me anticipating what’s gonna happen next!

One of my favorites!!
This book took me through sooo many emotions. Tyesha was a train wreck and to watch her grow and mature throughout the book was amazing. Gunner was bae and was everything that Tyesha needed. This has become one of my favorites by this author.
