This book was recommended to me by my HR coach because "I've read to much agile books and need a more balanced, broader view on management". I went in expecting to hate this book, but was actually pleasantly surprised. It contains a very detailed, but refined view on management. While I don't agree with all core ideas (like individual goals for example), the majority of the book contains useful and usable input for the environment I work in
