Loved it!
I had no idea what an alchemist was. I started the book based on recomendations from a few people. I'm usually into non-fiction books, but I was pleasantly surprised. The book was an easy read filled with much "inspirational and quoteable" dialogue. If you are looking for big beautiful words this is not the book for you. The book is about chasing your dreams and searching for your "Personal Legend". Exactly what I want to do... I would read this again... plus I know what an alchemist is now!

My daughter Stephanie recommended this book to me as one that really spoke to her, and so I was eager to read it. She really identifies with the idea of pursuing your dream. I did like it, but didn't connect as strongly as she did. Still I'd recommend reading it to most people.
