Shelves: thriller, didn-t-finish, action

Okay, I have thrown in the towel. I wanted to like this book. Super-secret assassin for a super-secret agency (named Hydra by the way so I'm not sure if the agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. are aware of them or not)...hunted by people from her own country.

I mean I'm a succor for the story type, I've read others from about the same point of view by other writers and liked them. I've read Mr. Konrath's other series (Jack Daniels) and mostly liked those.

I enjoyed this 2nd Chandler action thriller. Way over the top in terms of action, but it is like watching an older Bond flick. I would suggest reading Flee - A Thriller first so you will know who the players are. Guns, guns, and more guns (and some knife fights as well). ...more
