Jeremy Fisk is a NYC detective within its own intelligence Dept. He is assigned to watch for any terrorist threat to NYC. A plane is hijacked by a guy with a bomb. Fisk thinks this may be a diversion.
Story pretty good but writing is so so. May try next book to see if writing improves.
