As most anyone who's read this book can tell you- GREAT entertaining read! If you, like me, are hooked on the you're-my-mate-and-don't-you-forget-it romantic reads, this one is for you too! Of course you have to be able to handle the paranormal/fantasy aspect, but I think even if you don't get into that, you'll like this well plotted tale.

This book was amazing! I had read a few reviews of this one before I decided to buy it. Some of the descriptions were "spellbinding" and "hypnotic". At first, I thought it was just overly dramatic descriptions. After reading it I stand corrected. It really is all that and more.

Loved it!! Although about midway through Ellie really began to get on my nerves about not telling anyone what she was magically feeling. She almost earned the TSTL title. Anxious to read the next book in the series.
When I first picked this book up. I did not expect to love it so much!
For me it was like picking up a wonderfully evolved Cinderella Story. I could not put this book down. This is a true work of world building art.
The world is magical and dangerous at the same time the idea for the Tairen souls are very unique. With a budding love story that will make you crave more of it.

I don’t know why or how I came across this book, but I did like it. I really like Elly and Rain and how they kept using Rain’s full title, Tairen Soul, Lord of the Fading Lands (or something like that). Liked it, but not enough to pick up the rest of the books in this series.
Great world and story, I can't wait to see it play out but I hope the pace picks up a bit and some of the characters evolve quickly.

I was excited to read this one as so many of my GR friends really like it. But I was bored by page 5, skimming by page 8, and by page 15 just don't care. This one just isn't for me.
