Really liked this one. Kleypas does create some yummy heroes.
Not my favorite one by far. The main character is rather unlikable and then makes an almost miraculous recovery of his humanity at the very end.
I am looking forward to the next one though. =D
These books would have made a great soap opera though. New family members popping up left and right.

Loved it, liked her for her patience, but my faves are still Win's and Beatrix stories. Harry was a very enigmatic hero, highly intellectual, fiercely possessive, single-minded, and with a traumatic past. I am not sure it could have worked out so well for him in real life, what with his jealousy, overbearing manner and possessiveness - Poppy would have had to be a saint to put up with it. This bad a case would be cured not by love, but maybe after years of intensive therapy. Made for a fun story

WOW!!! I truly loved this book! It was so twisted and so amazing at the same time. I loved how the villain (Harry) actually won the girl (Poppy). The Hathaways' are as crazy as ever and when you add Harry Rutledge into the mix you just know how that's going to turn out.
I cant wait until the next book!!!! I hope its Leo's turn because he needs it :D ...more
