This is the seventh book in the Sookie Stackhouse series.
This is the book where the Vampire convention really happens.. and boy are there surprises..
The surprises keep going on till the end of the book, one after the other.. this is a book I would definetly call a mystery, because you keep guessing whodoneit all the time!!
It's starts with Sookie flying with the Queen's party to Rhodes for the summit, they stay at the Pyramid of Gizah hotel, where she finds Barry the telepath and they get reaquia ...more

Once again Sookie Stackhouse, telepathic bar maid at Merlotte’s Bar and Grill, is traveling; this time with the Queen of Louisiana and her entourage to the vampire summit in Rhodes where the Queen will be on trill for the death pf her husband in the last novel.
A building full of vampires and their human underlings—really what could go wrong?

Ok I'm really getting bored with this whole series!!!!!!!! I want relationships to progress to more "do I like him or dont I". I'm not a person who just drops a series unfinished but I'm really close to it. I'm reading the next installment and if I don't get something more outta this series I'm gonna have to move on.

The vampire summit was fantastic, Eric and Sookie end up in some close quarters in this book so of course I loved it being a huge fan of Eric. Looks like Sookie could be in some serious trouble!

I am loving the re-read of this series! I forgot all the dynamics to this story and how much time you have to invest in getting to know everyone.
I find myself loving Sookie's story even more this time around. ...more
