Bright pictures. Just enough of the rhymes to interest my little guy (when he was little). A favorite of his for several years until he became old enough to want and enjoy a more complete collection of Mother Goose rhymes.

My son had both this version and the far more limited version put out by Blanche Fisher Wright also called The Real Mother Goose. The latter was preferred when he was quite young, but as he got older this book containing all of the rhymes became the favorite.
