The start of this book was really well thought out. It’s based on the Eureka moment the narrator experiences when taking drugs. It makes her re-evaluate life, the universe and everything. The description of the hallucination reads like a more realistic account of how Alice would have felt when sharing a late night session with the caterpillar.

This book is a very unique way of looking how one changes their outlook on life after experiencing a profound dream. I don't like to write a bad review of a book but with this story I really have no choice. Kosmikaleidoscope is a short story, more like an essay really, about the author's life realizations while under the influence of an acid-like drug. Unfortunately, most of the essay is rambling, poorly written preachiness about how awful the human race has become, followed by "instruction" about how to evolve one's soul through reincarnation.
