What Members Thought

3.5 Stars
Short review:
Bone Gap is a unique and very surreal book. I appreciated its originality, and the writing is lovely. It had some interesting twists that I did not expect. That said, sometimes I found it difficult to follow. And I also found Roza's part of the story much more compelling than Finn's part. Over all, it was an interesting read though!

I'd say 3 to 3.5 stars.
I thought that the story was a little slow and a lot confusing in the beginning. This made it seem to drag a little to me. Once some of the mysteries began to be explained, it moved the story along much better. I'm still a bit confused on the "big bad guy" but it was mostly explained late in the book.

LOVED LOVED LOVED This book!!! Very comparable to The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater, in the magic infused into the story, the strange happenings of this Illinois town, and OUTSTANDING characters!
AND this is one of the best covers EVER. It has huge meaning in the story, and there is a reason the bee is kind of blurred. GENIUS!

Review to come.

Rosa mysteriously appeared in Bone Gap and just as mysteriously disappeared. When everyone else gave up and said she just left, Finn knew that wasn't the truth. He kept searching for her. He never expected what he found along the way.
