I've had this series sitting on my shelves for a loooong time! All my kids have read it and loved it, and I finally decided to start it. This was a really fun read! It reminded me a lot of the idea of the Spiderwick Chronicles. Although I wanted to throttle Seth throughout it, I really loved Lena and Kendra, and of course, all the magical creatures! This had just enough bite to it to make me keep turning pages!

This book has made my favourite shelf. Why? Because I loved it! Who cares if I read it when I was 10? If I loved the book then and still remember it today, that has got to mean something - right? Fablehaven is memorable for me because it was the first series I actually got into and the first book I ever could say that I loved.

This story is about Kendra & Seth, two kids who are forced to stay with their grandparents while their parents are on vacation. Their grandparents live at Fablehaven, an out of the way place with strange creatures living there.
