Tessa unwittingly releases William de Chaucy from a tapestry where he has been trapped as a unicorn since the 1600's. It's a sweet and authentically told story with well-drawn characters, suspense, and humor. This is Guibord's first published novel, and I'll look for more.

A good "beach read" equivalent for lovers of fantasy. Fun, not overly predictable, but not too heavy either.

Fun time travel/romance/fantasy with a cool weaving theme

Definitely a fantasy story unlike anything I've read before, though at times it reminded me of Kate and Leopold with the "man from the past" angle. I really enjoyed the combination of the Fates, unicorns and time travel. Very clean romance and story... I would even be comfortable having this in a middle school library, though there is some swearing.

I have been reading a lot of fantasy and paranormal lately, and this book really stuck out with it's originality. I enjoyed the character of Tessa and I loved the ending.
