I love this series! If you like Tamora Pierce and are looking for a similar girl fantasy adventure, pick this up. It also reminded me in many ways of Megan Whelan Turner's Thief series, with all of the political complexities. There is romance, action and suspense. Everything you want in a great fantasy novel. Highly recommended! ...more
