I LOVE THIS BOOK. I don't get to say that often enough and generally I find myself grasping at things to say after I finish a book. But let me drop superlatives like I have no concept of value or quality because this was a super fantastic amazing book and I love this book. I love Cather and I love Wren and I love Reagan and I love Levi and most of all I love Rainbow.

While aimed a little more directly at a specific audience of young adult women, I think that this is just as good as her better-known Eleanor and Park.
One of the things I thought was truly great about this book was her portrayal of Cath, the obsessive fan writer. She's both talented and obsessed, but not an idiot, and the resolution of both her story and that of her characters rings true.
