What Members Thought
This was a clever mystery which kept me guessing until the final resolution. It was pretty clear what had happened, or seemed like it, but Dowd kept the readers guessing, and did a magnificent job of it with a great set of appropriate and legitimate red herrings.
As a locked-room mystery, this was one of the best. To remove someone from an airborne car of an amusement ride, seemingly in mid-air...now that's a real magic trick. Like all good magic tricks, nothing is quite what it seems.

I really enjoyed the mystery of this and how the kids work it out. Ted's thoughts and humor kept me glued to the page.
