Shelves: biography-autobiography, book-told-in-verse, poetry

I don't think I've ever read a biography told in verse before, but this was very interesting. Combined with the photos and historical notes, this was a solid piece of scholarship, but tantalizingly short, due to the format.
I would still recommend it to readers who want a short biography of George Washington Carver, or who want to read some truly experimental poetry. ...more
