A very promising start to a new series. Dragons, Deuces (think Mage) and others live amongst us. They are The Hidden. First Rule of the Hidden is never to let humans know about The Hidden.

Initial Thoughts:After a slow start (and learning the lingo), Dragon Awakened was a fun read. The author creates an interesting magical world inhabited by Deuces (sorcerers), dragons, and some pretty scary demons. I found this to be a solid start to the author's new series The Hidden.
