Its slightly better then book two. But honestly, I felt more bad for Lillith, the I did for Varen, Varen's porcelain monkey, or Isable. I felt even worse for me, having to read the crap. I still don't know what happened. Everyone seems to be so excited by the fact that some Goth guy and cheerleader got together, that they are missing the fact, that A) Varen has no personality, and B) There is really no plot.
