Have you ever found yourself starting a book and no matter how hard you try, you just can't get into it ? That was me for Curtsies and Conspiracies , the first time around last year when it was released. Sophronia is continuing her education at Mademoiselle Geraldine's Finishing Academy for Young Ladies of Quality and around every corner is a test or some new conspiracy to uncover. The same tongue-in-cheek humor that I've come to expect from this author is here in spades and it definitely makes up for some of the areas that the story seemed to slow down a bit. It was also a nice change of pace to have Bunson's boys show up for a visit and brought out a new side to Sophronia that she wasn't exact
