Argh. This is actually a 5 star book but I lowered it to 4 because I was mostly depressed the whole time reading it. I get the drama in real life, I don't need too much of it from the books I read. A healthy dose is fine. ;)
This book starts right away from where it left off in the previous book... So obviously this series need to be read chronologically. You can skip the Alex book but who would pass up the change to know more about him!

As always another fantastic read.
Shannon’s imagination never ceases to amaze me. I can never get enough of her amazing characters and rich world building. On to the next one.
