Quick Take: Violent, brutal, and gory. But also tender, sweet, and resonant. I loved the ride this book took me on, and cannot--CANNOT--wait to check out the next book.
Review:
First things first. Reading the first book in this series is a must. Upon finishing the book Dead, Undead, or Somewhere in Between, I was wrecked--in the best possible way. Yes, there was a cliffhanger. Yes, said cliffhanger was a doozy. And yes, Lucy has a lot o' splainin' to do. ^_^ But the anticipation that the ending en ...more

Upon shit-canning book 3, I am forced to revise this review. Fuck this series. ***negative 1 billion stars***
This is a rough one to review. Mostly because (view spoiler)

WOW. This book was a-frickin-mazing. Even better than the first in series! There's a lot going on in the course of this book, and a lot of different characters involved. As Rhiannon puts it,
“Vampires, and werewolves, and demons, oh my.”
I feel like almost anything I get into will be all spoilery, so I won't write any details. I'll just say that this installment in the series was FANTASTIC. It was exciting, and heartbreaking, and funny, and frustrating, among other things, and left me desperate t ...more

Rhiannon just can't seem to catch a break! Continuing where the last book left off, she finds herself in a hellish version of the future, where the human race is almost extinct.
Werewolves exist, half-demons are running around and she has a few days to find a way out of the debt she owes Zagan before he gets her soul.
Lots of running around and getting her ass kicked, a dozen complications in her love life and personal relationships and a staggering betrayal that changes her views and opinions ab ...more

Wasnt sure about the time-travel, but it was okay. Rhiannon is quirky and I like her.
