I picked up this title because I thought it might be a retelling and/or new version of the classic Beauty and the Beast fairy tale. Sadly, I was in for a little disappointment but that didn't deter me from reading this paranormal romance.
I think what I liked the most was Bathsheba's and Beau's wit. They played well off each other, even when Bathsheba was being guarded. I also liked the fact that Bathsheba was protective of her sibling and wanted what was best for her.

A fun enough read, starring a human woman living in the supernaturals' world and trying to keep her werewolf sister safe from abusive werewolf packs.
Bathsheba (whose name I still don't like, after having heard it a few hundred times while listening to the audiobook) is used to being the one taking care of things and being in control, forced to live on edge in case they need to run. Bathsheba works for a dating agency for supernaturals. When a shifter's date falls through, she goes out with Beau even though it's forbidden for humans to date clients. On top of that, Bathsheba is hiding a secret, and someone is out to get her, too.
I enjoyed this book, which--except for the end--was a quick, light read. Bathsheba was funny, and Beau was delicious.
