It's been awhile since I've read Christine Feehan. I never enjoyed her Carpathian stuff. I did like the Ghostwalkers in the beginning. But the blurb on this book intrigued me and overall - I enjoyed it. The concept of being a Shadowrider is cool. Stefano and Francesca. There was chemistry but there were also problems. He is the alpha of the alphas - super aggressive, my way or the highway guy, you must obey me or else. Francesca has had things tough and just wants to turn over her problems to hi ...more

I stayed with it to get an idea of what a shadow rider was. That part has potential... but the rest of it "I'm not a good man" "Are you sure you want to get involved with me?" "I'm not a good man" "Once you choose this, there's no going back" "I'm not a good man"
