I love the Five Hundred Kingdoms stories but 3 stars for this one. I did like it but the story took a while to get going. Once Katya & Sasha meet it picks up but that it almost half way through the book. I really enjoyed the second half. I've been finding myself "off" on much of romance lately due to the overwhelming (and unfathomable to me) popularity of the asshole hero. So Sasha was a breath of fresh air. A fun, quick read but not the best in the series. The storyline itself was a little disconnected, and I didn't totally love the heroine, but I enjoyed the use of the Russian mythology.
