. Malcolm moves in next to a lovely, lonely woman who is hiding from her past. Malcolm is used to undercover operations, but on his last op he had to kill the mobster's son who had become a close friend. Malcolm got shot in the battle and retired from undercover ops with police force. Angus Force a stellar FBI profiler recruits his own guys to investigate special cases and picks Malcolm West to be part of the team.
