Wow, what a journey. There is so much revealed in this book. Per usual, Faith Hunter has her characters disclose and explore their own backgrounds. Nell is some sort of Earth being, she can send her magics into the earth to determine what kind of magic is occuring, can heal land from many types of disasters, and grow plants like crazy.
