This might be the best of the Kitty books so far. It was scary and I got so emotionally involved that at points I had to put it down because I felt sick at the thought of what might happen next. Really, really good.

A very dark story that shows how far fear and prejudice can make weak-willed people go, blurring the lines between right and wrong.

It's been a long time since I read the previous book in the series and I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed Kitty's snark, especially in her show. Unfortunately, in this part of her story things didn't go very well for her and although she survived stronger from her ordeal, she acquired several new scars as well.

This is my favorite installment yet. Yeah, the reality show format was a little cheesy but I loved it. I loved seeing Kitty interact with so many different preternatural characters and I thought the mystery was well done. Also, more Odysseus Grant!
