Drink Deep is a hard book to review without issuing spoilers. Forgive me if this ends up on the vague side.

The last installment of Chicagoland Vamps left fans reeling. It was a game-changer, and although I wasn’t surprised by the events of that book, I was anxious to see how Neill would play things out.

Drink Deep on Books On Track
Merit's adventures continue and this time things are different. She finds herself struggling to keep up with things, facing problems everywhere and lacking her loved ones' support.
I figured out a big part of the mystery early on but it was still well written and I enjoyed following Merit while she tried to puzzle things out. A few scenes were a bit vague and I would have preferred them to be a little more detailed, but all in all I enjoyed the book.

It was so hard for me to get through this book. There were some parts that were skipped. There was a whole lot of internal monologuing and repeated information. I just got to the point where I just didn't care either. Why is Merit taking care of everything? I kind of get it, but then also not...
