I have enjoyed diving into this world of highlanders and druids, but this book is my favorite thus far. Quinn struggled the most with his god and as a result of other personal demons, he left his family behind because he couldn’t handle seeing his brother, Lucan, in love. I really liked this one, the story moved forward in a lot of ways and I'm really excited about the next books. I must admit that I saw the end coming - that's not a bad thing though! :)

I liked this one better than the previous two (Dangerous Highlander and Forbidden Highlander). This one had lots more going on. I enjoyed the secondary characters and want to learn more about their back-stories. Good resolution (but is it *really* over?). Good setup for book 4 (Untamed Highlander).
Did not finish. I think I need to come back to this one.
