No heavy lifting here. Just straight up PNR with lots of hot action and fun characters.
Rafe and Tess had amazing chemistry from the first moment they were on the page together. I have been enjoying this series on audio, and Kate Reading has been doing a great job. However, there are times when I wish I had a physical copy, because I'm not sure I would have put the same inflection (in my head) on some parts the way she did.

I do like this series and I love Rafe but I read the original version of this and hoped it would be fleshed out a bit more during the rewrite... Kinda disappointed. I'm getting a bit fed up with expecting a new story and instead getting a rewrite. Oh well. Maybe the next one will be better.
