Great short with a sweet ending and a comeuppance-filled epilogue.

This gets five stars for being a wonderfully generous Christmas present of the authors to their fans. It is a long (10 chapter) novella that tells a complete Kate Daniels story. There are a few editing issues, as expected in an ARC type book, but the story is high quality in every respect, and I have so much respect for the authors who are having a tough year and still managed to create such a great gift for their fans.
